Michael J. Davis is a partner in the law firm of Springer Brown Covey Gaertner and Davis, LLC.

Mr. Davis has been involved in over 100 Chapter 11 cases representing both Debtors and Creditors and successfully reorganized Debtors that paid creditors 100 cents on the dollar and returned a surplus to shareholders.
